The CCDHH is here to provide you the following services: 

• The Telecommunications Equipment Distribution Program (TEDP) supplies telecommunications equipment to deaf and hard of hearing residents who qualify. TEDP promotes telecommunications access. 

• The Legal Auxiliary Services Program oversees the coordination and payment of legally-qualified sign language interpreters and communication access real-time translation providers for legal proceedings in State Courts. 

• The  Education and Training Program provides training to empower consumers and educate governmental agencies, public agencies and private entities in areas of cultural sensitivity and communication accessibility. 

• The Grant Program provides funding for local government, state agencies, state-operated programs, or private not-for-profit community-bases organizations to address the needs of Colorado's deaf and hard of hearing communities.
