The Colorado Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing has a special program called TEDP (Telecommunications Equipment Distribution Program) to assist low income Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deaf-Blind, and Late Deafened individuals to receive a voucher to purchase telephone equipment.
